Canon Point: Sometime between Part II and when the Epilogue begins. He's approximately been in the lab for about a year.
Character Age: 15ish. i realized that given his canon point he's over 14 anyway so i didn't have to run in yelling at you with questions after all jams i'm sorry

Personality:

🌟 INTELLIGENT - He's a smart kid! He's curious, clever, and can intuit solutions from otherwise unorthodox problems with a surprising amount of ease for a young teen. He even skipped a grade in school, wao!

🌟 ADAPTABLE - He was trapped in another dimension with MONSTERS for a while and managed to survive mostly unscathed. He looks like an easy target, but his quick thinking and willfulness (along with his powers) make him hard to kill.

🌟 KIND-HEARTED - Before he was the narrative's villain, he was just a kind, awkward boy who just wanted to make connections with people. He wants to empathize, wants to be close with others, and this manifests as being particularly thoughtful and considerate.

🕷️ LONELY - Henry doesn't feel like he fits in, that he's not normal, that something's wrong with him, and he views the treatment of himself by his family (bitter) and Dr. Brenner (complicated) as proof of this. He always feels cut off from other people despite his best efforts.

🕷️ ANXIOUS - He gets nervous easily, struggling to comport himself in a "normal" way around others. The feeling of being the new kid in class is a perpetual one with Henry. Having dealt with the Shadow creature, he also doesn't always trust himself to make the best decisions.

🕷️ ANGRY :) - Though not nearly to the same degree as his older self, Henry has taken the first steps towards resenting his situation and all that brought him to it. Every day that passes, he becomes a bit more nihilistic about life; his time spent in the lab only enforces this daily, and the lingering influence of the Shadow doesn't help either. Occasionally, this shows in his otherwise harmless demeanor.

Suitability: While Henry Creel at this age may just seem like an Anxious Little Guy, he is a bustedly OP kid with psionic powers. A year into his long stint in HNL, he'll have developed them even further from their raw potential — it isn't hard to imagine that Dr. Bei would utilize such an individual for offensive, defensive, and scouting purposes for the party.

He's also got a good heart not yet ruined by his time in the lab or an alternate dimension. He wants to help people and desperately connect with those close to him. He'll do his best to make people feel better about any situation, even if he doesn't always allow the same leeway for himself.

He's also very detail-oriented and a pretty sharp kid! He'll work willingly with others and employ caution when in treacherous situations, too.
